Emma started as a Research Associate in February of 2024. As a Research Associate, Emma is responsible for building and testing physician supply databases, completing primary and secondary research, and making out-bound calls to test for whether or not physicians and APPs are open to new patients, wait times for appointments and whether the front desk offered a patient-friendly alternative.

Emma was born in Geneva, IL, and attended Augustana College where she earned her B.A. in Biology and Psychology. She is a volunteer for the Special Olympics Illinois Family Committee, inspired by her younger brother, who is an accomplished Special Olympics athlete and disability advocate. Prior to joining 3Dhealth, Emma worked as a zookeeper, wildlife rehabber, and service dog trainer.

In her free time, Emma enjoys spending time with friends and family, pampering her pets, and exploring the local nature preserves and trails.
