Joanne Kier manages the Analysts and Research Associates across 3Dhealth. She is responsible for all primary and secondary research including physician supply verification and patient access calls, and leads the training and development efforts within 3Dhealth. Joanne has been a member of the 3Dhealth team since 2003, shortly after 3Dhealth’s founding.

Prior to joining 3Dhealth, Joanne worked in planning at Marianjoy Rehabilitation Hospital. She also previously served as a consultant at Tiber Group (now Guidepost), where she worked closely with Shane.

Joanne has a B.S. in Community Health from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a M.S. in Health Systems Management from Rush University.

Joanne lives in Green Lake, WI. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and three adult children, listening to live music, and hanging with her big extended family.
